An attempt by the Canterbury Cyclists Union to get local authorities to build cycle lanes, with part funding from bicycle registration fees. Unfortunately the Bill was not passed.
ACTs to empower the Borough Councils of Masterton and Stratford to take over, construct, and maintain certain Private Roads in those Boroughs without the Necessity of Previous Construction by the Adjoining Owners.

AN ACT to provide for the Closing of certain Roads in the Dunedin Town Belt, and for regulating the Roads therein.

AN ACT to enable the Auckland City Council to erect and construct a Bridge over a Portion of’ the Symonds Street Cemetery, in the City of Auckland, and to maintain such Bridge when so erected, and when and if necessary for the Purposes of end in and about the Erection, Construction, and Maintenance of such Bridge to disturb certain Graves in such Cemetery.
